Dear Sir,
We, the students of class VIII of your school, beg most respectfully to state that we have hardly any opportunity to develop our English language skills for lack of an English Language Club in this institution. But we all know it is very important now for a student to learn communicative English. Without getting the opportunity of practicing communicative English, we will lag behind the outside world.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to set up an English Language Club in our school immediately and oblige thereby.
