Subject: Prayer for seeking permission to go on an excursion or a study tour.

Dear Sir,
I, on behalf of the students of class VI of your school, beg most respectfully to state that we desire to go a study tour for one day to the Sundarbans. You Know it is one of the biggest mangrove forests in the world. So we can learn many things about the flora and fauna there. Our Agriculture teacher has agreed to go with us as our guide. For this purpose we need an amount of Tk. 5000 only. This tour will certainly increase our knowledge.

I, therefore, pray that you would be kind enough to permit us to go on the study tour and sanction the said amount of money from our school fund for this purpose and oblige.
