Dear Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that many students of our school are interested in art and culture. You know a literary club can give the students an opportunity to develop and display their latent literary genius. So, we intend to organize a literary club in our school. Under the proposed literary club, we will arrange literary gatherings, debates, recitations, essay competitions on regular basis.

I, therefore, hope and pray that you would kindly accord us permission to organize a literary club in our school and oblige thereby.
