We, the students of class ten of your school, beg most respectfully to state that we would like to arrange a class party on September 17, 2017. We have already discussed this matter among ourselves. Besides, in order to arrange this party, we have collected some money from our classmates. Undoubtedly, we will have lots of fun with a little snack. Now, we need your permission to arrange this class party.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you will kindly give us permission to arrange a class party and oblige thereby.
