Subject: Application for permission to arrange a freshers reception.
Dear Sir,
With due respect we, the students of class VI of your school, beg to state that the classes of the students of class V will be started from the next week. We want to give a reception to the freshers. We also want to organize a cultural programme on this occasion. The programme will take almost two hours. The programme is scheduled to be held on 28 January 2017 at 2:00 pm in school auditorium.
We, therefore, hope and pray that you would be kind enough to give us permission to organize the programme for the reception of the freshers and oblige us thereby.
