Tree Plantation / Importance of Trees - Paragraph

A tree plays an important role in our life. It gives us food, oxygen and fuel. If there were no trees, there would be no oxygen and life would cease to exist. The effect of the loss of trees is very dangerous because the loss of trees means great harm to life. It leads to drought and starvation. To save mankind, forests should be preserved. Trees help us a lot. They protect the soil and cause rainfall. Without trees, our country will turn into a desert. Trees also supply us with medicines and other important things. If we go on cutting trees, birds and beasts will have no place to live in and wildlife will be extinct and the balance of nature will be disturbed. But we can make the earth greener if we plant more trees. So to save mankind, forests should be preserved. Deforestation should be discouraged. Awareness about the importance of trees has to be developed to keep the earth greener, cleaner and safer for the future.
