Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I booked a ticket for Rajshahi bound chair coach. But owing to some unavoidable problems. I cannot go to Rajshahi on the fixed date. So, I have to cancel the ticket. The ticket is of coach no 25, on 20 March and the seat booked for me is c-5.

I hope that you will find no inconvenience in the process as I am informing you three days before.

Hope, considering my case, you will cancel my ticket and inform me of the confirmation.
