Dear Sir,
With due respect I beg to state that ours is a renowned school in the district. There are about one thousand students in our school. Many of us are studies. We are genuinely interested to enrich our vocabulary and develop our skill in English Language. Only the textbooks cannot satisfy our thirst for knowledge. An English daily is, therefore, essential for us. It can provide us with the worldwide news within its vast range.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to provide us with an English daily in our common room.
