He gets up very early in the morning and attends upon the patients. He examines the patients and prescribes medicine for them. In some cases, he himself prepares the medicine from various types of herbs. He has a small dispensary. He sits there on a chair and at a table to serve the people. He is very helpful for the poor patients. Sometimes he treats them without any fee. A village doctor is very important person in any village. He is a friend to the villagers. The patients also love him and on him whenever they become ill.
