Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from BUET
Requirements: At least 7 to 10 years working experience in mechanical engineer roles. At least 5 to 8 years Fertilizer/ Petrochemical/ Power Plant work experience. Experience in designing & reading mechanical systems and drawing. Also working experience performing troubleshooting techniques, mechanical measurements, safety measures & performance tests. Excellent knowledge on security procedures & protocols, emergency response planning. Interpersonal skill & excellent communication. Knowledge on MS Office Application. Proactive thinker, outstanding leadership skill & highly committed.
Job Location: Keraniganj, Dhaka
Responsibilities: Administration of mechanical corrective maintenance, repair & troubleshoot of plant mechanical equipment’s such as fans, general valves, blowers, tanks, gear boxes, vessels, towers, pumps. Ensure compliance and delivery with CM work orders. Alignment experience, mechanical seals replacement, all types of valves replacement or repair, materials of pipe and valves, gaskets . Witness inspections, testing on plants mechanical equipment, coordinate and manage with mechanical maintenance technicians to ensure compliance. Troubleshoot & investigate maintenance problems. Implement fault finding procedures & routines, take appropriate action including devising, diagnose, implementing solutions in consultation. Minimum stock level should maintain to reduce idle money. Raise purchase requisitions as needed for consumables spares & capital spares. Accountable to control outages & monitor, testing and servicing reports for mechanical equipment regularly. Prepare recommend, annual mechanical maintenance budget, submit to lead engineer, optimize and control level of expenditure. Enhance knowledge sharing across functions. Development & training delivery of trainees according to set standard instructions. Improve & maintain high safety standards. Responsible to raise plant equipment modification request.
