Position: Senior Analyst, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Department
Education: Masters in business background/ any relevant discipline from any reputed University.
Experience: At least 3 years working experience in development sector in any International or National development organization. Good knowledge of Economic growth/ Health/ Empowerment/ Education in Bangladesh is desired.

Job Description: Design surveys identify, initially sampling & parameters. Prepare questionnaire to taking inputs coordinate with data officers. Monitoring officers train. Ensure good data quality. Analysis data and prepare reports. Regular verification of checklist and activities of various programs. Organizes for proper archiving of learning.
