This is for your information that the alarm clock that I bought recently from your firm for TK. 700/= does not keep correct time nor does it ring the alarm as and when it is needed though at the time of purchase you gave me assurance. So I am sending it back to you by the Sundarban Courier Service. It will be highly appreciated if you kindly send another to replace it.

I enclose herewith the cash memo bearing...... dated..... and your warranty slip.
